Members only, are allowed to pay for their guests, and as u can imagine the waiting list may be very long, and u can only be accepted if u r proposed and seconded by 2 existing members.Often the members elect the directors, who will be re-elected in accordance with the company's articles. The directors are responsible for running the club.
