Why was Bourne the best : Through its grounded take on the spy movie genre to its visceral action to the compelling new action hero the series introduces, the Bourne movies provided a great movie franchise.
The basic story is good but plot holes are let down. The acting was actually quite good especially for Cassel, Damon and Vikander. Tommy Lee Jones did only so-so and politically correct character played by Essandoh was ridiculous and irritating. The action sequences, locations and fast story were riveting. This one's a little tricky, in part because Wick is older in his movies than Bourne is in his. Even so, it seems likely that Bourne would have the edge here. Many more of Bourne's fights are hand-to-hand and at close range, and his skills are so innate that he can use them without even remembering he has them.
Can I skip Bourne Legacy
Be warned, this is nothing like the first three movies or even five. After watching the first three, Skip 4 and go straight to 5.
