The Nissan GTR is undeniably powerful, but it falls short of the excellent fuel economy of the GR Supra. The 2021 GTR only earns an EPA-estimated 16 city/22 highway MPG. Even the available engine of the GR Supra is able to top the Nissan GTR; it earns an EPA-estimated 22 city/30 highway MPG.

Under the vehicle importation guidelines, all motor vehicles less than 25 years old must comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards in order to be eligible for use in the United States. The Nissan Skyline R34 does not meet these standards. Skyline "GT-R" came back as NISSAN GT-R (R35), a super sports car of a new generation, in 2007 after the discontinuation of Skyline GT-R (BNR34) in 2002.Great choice! I also think that the Toyota Supra MK4 is legendary and one of my favorite JDM cars.
Is the R34 illegal : According to the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS), foreign cars less than 25 years old must meet specific safety and emission standards to be legally imported. Unfortunately, the Skyline GT-R R34 does not meet these requirements, making it illegal for road use.
