Yes to all. I have been using ProMods for about 5 years now. Look at London to base map and it is so different, in fact they have reworked the UK plus inc Ireland.250 mph
These engines put out an extremely large amount of horsepower, some at approximately 2500 to upwards of 4000 H.P. The engines propel the cars down the track at speeds of over 250 mph.Using ProMods is more demanding on your system than the vanilla game, so expect framerates to drop.
You will need to pay for every new version of ProMods (2.00, 2.10, 2.20, ect..) But you can always choose for the free download.
How much is 1km in ETS2 : The scaling of the game is 1:15 if I remember it correctly. So 1km in the game is about 15km IRL. It's 1:19 yeah or 1:20. 1 real kilometer is 19 game kilometers.
How to go over 90 km h in ETS2 : To add to the above answer, in Europe the trucks are electronically limited to 90km/h. If you want to play by the book, then you'll drive at 90 max. If you want to speed over, you can indeed disable the truck limiter in the options, except for the external contracts. As mentioned already, Speed Limiter.

They aren't completely true to life. It would be impossible for that to happen. I recommend that you try the demo, which is the full game, but with a time limit for play. Maps, roads, topography I believe is called "prototypical".
