Is Assassin's Creed 1 or 2 better?
AC2 is way better with a lot more sandbox and better story even if it doesnt feel like an assassin like in AC1. Brotherhood feels like AC2. 5 as it gets everything in AC2 and gives it a few tweaks and sets it in rome so is great.Taking Ezio's story further, with his role as a legendary assassin, the game allows players to continue exploration in Rome during the early 16th century. In many ways, Brotherhood is Assassin's Creed II 2.0, and that's not a bad thing, as Assassin's Creed II is the best Assassin's Creed game. Not unlike AC Unity and AC Syndicate, AC1 strangely is a much better looking game than AC2. In Unity and Syndicate's case, this can be explained by the use of half baked lighting (static shadows, time of day is not dynamic) in Unity and Ubisoft making the graphics too good at the cost of performance.

What is considered the best Assassin’s Creed game : Overall though, if you're looking for the best Assassin's Creed open-world in terms of the big factors – beauty, filled with stuff to do, engaging side quests, and hidden secrets to find then we'd have to recommend Assassin's Creed Valhalla, with Odyssey a really close second.

Assassin's Creed Revelations

Which game to play first. Brotherhood is the best. However, it's a trilogy and ACII has a lot of stuff you'll miss if you don't play it first. That said, there's a lot of stuff you'll miss in revelations if you don't play AC1 first.

Why is AC1 so good

The tension/build-up in the first game was unseen in the sequels. The dialogue in AC1 was superb, along with the character development. The storyline glued me to the game, like a good movie. The landscape was so vivid, playing in Jerusalem and Damascus was amazing. It stands to reason that Ezio would win; although there's the argument that because his game is more recent, he would have more skill – his fighting and athletic prowess in his teenage years have already considerably surpassed Altaïr's talents in young adulthood.Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

Assassin's Creed Valhalla (872–878)

It's easily the series' biggest game; the average time to complete its main story is 60 hours, according to How Long to Beat (15 hours longer than the next biggest, Odyssey).
