The combinations and possibilities available to you in PAYDAY 2 are nearly endless. It downloads ~20 GB (give or take) but then it unpacks itself and will take up ~50 GB. Owning or not owning DLCs is irrelevant because everything must be downloaded so you won't get a crash if someone who has a DLC item joins your game or you play on a DLC map.
