In balance, this is a personal choice. Some will like it more upstairs, some prefer downstairs. Just my opinion Phil – much better on the upper deck full stop – which is why the seats get taken quickly once people realize they can book the upper deck 😉 And I've travelled on the lower deck many many times. The 777-9 has better capacity than the biggest A350 variant, but it has less range and costs more. The A350 has had relatively fewer challenges compared to the 777X's slew of production problems.The A350 offers better fuel efficiency compared to the A380, resulting in lower carbon emissions per block hour [1]. It provides a more comfortable passenger experience with better cabin pressure, minimized jetlag, and greater humidity [1].
