60-70GB should cover it. My copy is bit under 60gb with all the content. Currently about 60GB but hardly increases, only for big things such as expansions. A fresh install is 60GB, almost exactly. Afterwards every episode becomes a permanent addition to the game and can be purchased and replayed at any time, except for the first season which is free for everyone permanently.
