On first play through, Sekiro is the hardest game by fromsoftware easily imo. It then becomes the easiest on subsequent playthoughs.Harder than Dark Souls games Par on Par with Ninja Gaiden I would say. There are some bosses in the other souls games that may be harder but overall, Elden Ring is harder and that is due to the bosses having more attack moves and they sometimes even change the tempo of their old ones, catching you off guard…Thanks to the scale, The Witcher 3 is much better at letting you just be in the world and explore, although the pacing of the plot can suffer due to the freedom of exploration. Neither game has a ton to do other than talk, kill, and loot, but the minigames are a worthwhile distraction.

It's without a doubt one of the best story-driven RPG out there, if not the best. And that's coming from someone who has played RPGs since the 80's. OP, I disliked the first Witcher, but the second one is really better, I loved it, and the controls have changed immensely.
